The supply of homes for sale in Phoenix just passed 2015.
It should be leveling off or falling this time of year but supply resumed increasing fast.
Will it continue increasing fast?
Suggests 2025 could be another year of rising supply of homes for sale.

Why didn't skyrocketing home prices cause any increase in new home construction in Phoenix?
New home builders did NOT build more homes after prices skyrocketed!
The median sold price of new homes in metro Phoenix increased $120,000 (36%) from 2020 to 2022.
But the number of new homes sold went DOWN and is still not higher than in 2020! How is that possible?
