Number of Homes for Sale in Phoenix is NOT Increasing Anymore BUT...
The number of homes listed for sale in the Phoenix MLS is NOT increasing anymore. That's a good sign for price stability.
BUT, will the seasonal upturn in inventory this autumn start early and be unseasonably large?
Seems likely given the trend over the first half of the year. We’ll have to wait and see.
June Homeownership Month
Just a reminder that June is June Homeownership Month and NAR considers landlords to be "homeowners."
NAR is the biggest lobbyist in the country and they lobby for landlords as much as they lobby for real home owners. NAR loves to corrupt the meaning of the words “homeowner” and "homeownership".
That's one reason why I use "home ownership" to emphasize the traditional meaning that excludes landlord ownership from “home ownership.”
