If you're buying or selling a house right now, you gotta keep this in mind.

The number of smaller houses for sale in Phoenix has skyrocketed far above pre-Covid levels but the inventory of larger houses for sale is still tight.


Will the inventory of larger houses catch up with the smaller houses?
Why the huge difference?
Is it partially because the smaller houses are in the iBuyer buy box and iBuyers are selling a lot more houses than they are buying?
